Intended use

Healeex is a non-invasive general wellness product for home, professional wellness, fitness, sports, spa, cosmetic wellness, senior wellness, and caregiver-supported routines. It is designed to support everyday wellbeing, physical comfort, relaxation, mobility and flexibility, skincare, body-care routines, and post-activity recovery following everyday physical exertion.

Before you start

Please read this User Manual before your first session. It explains safe and comfortable use, setup, application modes, cleaning, storage, and care.

Use Healeex only if you can understand and follow the instructions, or with assistance from a responsible adult or caregiver. If you are unsure whether Healeex is appropriate for you, seek professional advice before use.

Healeex is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, monitor, or compensate for any disease, injury, or medical condition.

Healeex is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care. If you have a medical condition, symptoms, health concerns, or are unsure whether Healeex is suitable for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Healeex system contents

Your Healeex system includes the Healeex Unit, Electrodes (Handheld and Pad), Charger, User Manual, and Protective Case. See components on the inside front cover.

Components

Charging

Healeex may be recharged at any time when switched OFF and not in use. If the Standby Indicator shows red, charge the device before use.

• Ensure the Healeex Unit is OFF.
• Connect the Charger to the Port and a mains outlet.
• The amber Charging Indicator lights while charging and turns off when fully charged.
• When charging is complete, unplug the Charger from the outlet first, then from the Healeex Unit.

Check before each session

• The device is charged and switched OFF,
• The Transducer is clean, dry, and undamaged,
• The required Electrode setup is connected correctly,
• The selected skin area is clean, dry, and intact,
• No restriction, precaution, or area-to-avoid applies.

Step 1 – Required electrode setup

• Required: An Electrode must be used during all Healeex sessions.
• Switch OFF before connecting or disconnecting the Electrode.
• Connect the Electrode Cable to the Port. If using the Pad Electrode, connect the Cable to the Pad.
• Use either the Handheld Electrode, held comfortably in the hand, or the Pad Electrode, placed on clean, dry, intact skin. Maintain firm skin contact throughout the session.
• Before moving the Electrode: First lift the Transducer from the skin or switch the device OFF.

• Set up the Electrode.
• Turn the Power Regulator from 0 to 1.
• Check for a green Standby Indicator.
• Select a clean, dry body area.
• Apply the Transducer as instructed on the following page.
• Switch the device OFF after use.
• Clean and store the device according to the instructions.

Healeex may be applied to the skin in two primary modes: PLASMA and DEEP. The selected mode is determined by how the Transducer contacts the skin. Use the mode, intensity, and duration that feel comfortable for the selected body area. Sensations may vary depending on the contact technique, body area, intensity level, and duration of use.

PLASMA — Light surface application

PLASMA is a light surface technique. The Transducer is moved gently over clean, dry skin with very light contact or a small air gap, allowing cold plasma to form at the skin surface. It is mainly used for surface freshness, cleansing-oriented skincare routines, and a revitalized skin feel.

Move the Transducer gently across the selected area. You may glide lightly, slightly tilt the Transducer, gently tap, or use it over a thin, clean, dry layer of cotton gauze when a softer surface sensation is preferred. When focusing on one point, you may hold the Transducer in place for up to 10–30 seconds before moving to the next area. A soft buzzing sound, visible blue plasma, light tingling, a sparkling surface sensation, or a mild electrical smell are normal signs of PLASMA operation.

DEEP — Firm contact application

DEEP is a firm-contact technique. The Transducer stays in direct, stable contact with the skin and is moved slowly in a massage-like glide or held briefly on selected points. It is mainly used for body comfort, relaxation, a sense of ease in movement, and post-activity wellbeing after everyday physical effort. Use DEEP over comfortable body areas such as the back, shoulders, arms, legs, hips, or around joint areas, while always avoiding restricted areas listed in this User Manual.

Move slowly across the area or pause briefly on one point before continuing to the next. When focusing on one point, you may hold the Transducer in place for up to 30–60 seconds before moving on.

Usage rhythm and comfort

Use the recommended level, timing, and comfort cues for each application mode.

Usage rhythm

Normal sensations

During use, you may notice temporary sensations such as warmth, tingling, pulsing, vibration, or a light surface sensation on the skin. Depending on the selected mode, you may also observe visible light, blue plasma discharges in PLASMA mode, or a mild electrical smell. These are expected signs of normal operation. Sensations may vary depending on the selected body area, skin characteristics, contact technique, intensity level, and application mode. Some areas, such as the head and neck, may naturally feel more sensitive than others.

Comfort during use

Always adjust Healeex according to your comfort, the selected area, and your individual response, while staying within the recommended time, intensity, and safety limits. Start gently and use the lowest comfortable intensity. A stronger sensation is not necessarily better. When holding the Transducer on one point, the sensation may become stronger than during continuous gliding. The hold times shown in the previous table are maximum guidance, not a requirement. You may use shorter holds, skip point holding, or repeat brief holds during later gliding passes within the same session.

Pause or stop use if you notice:

• strong discomfort, sharp or burning sensations,
• dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, headache, or feeling unwell,
• unusual skin response, significant irritation, or discomfort,
• any sensation that feels unusual or concerning.

If any sensation is strong, persistent, or concerning, stop using Healeex and seek appropriate professional advice before using the device again.

Review this page before use. If any item applies to you, do not start or continue using Healeex until the appropriate action is clear.

Do not use Healeex if:

• you are pregnant,
• you have an implanted electronic medical device,
• you have epilepsy, seizures, or a serious heart condition.

Do not apply Healeex directly on or over:

• open eyes or eyelids,
• the thyroid gland or the front central neck area,
• genital areas or body cavities,
• areas with known or suspected blood clots,
• areas with known or suspected malignant lesions or malignancies.

Seek professional advice before use if:

• you have a recent injury, recent surgery, or a metal implant near the intended area,
• you have reduced skin sensation, very sensitive skin, or a condition affecting circulation, sensation, or skin integrity,
• you have any medical condition, physical health concerns, or uncertainty about whether Healeex is appropriate for you.

Technical precautions

• Do not use damaged, wet, contaminated, modified, or visibly defective components.
• Do not leave Healeex unattended while charging or switched ON. Do not operate continuously for more than 20 minutes.
• Ensure good room ventilation, especially during extended PLASMA use.
• Do not use through clothing, plastic, latex, synthetic coverings, wet gauze, or other wet materials.
• Do not expose the device or accessories to water, liquids, fire, heat, direct sunlight, extreme cold, impact, or strong vibration.
• Do not immerse any part of the system in water or other liquids.
• Do not allow liquids, metal objects, flammable materials, dust, or other foreign materials to enter the device, Port, Charger, Cable, or accessories.
• Do not use the device near flammable materials, fluids, gases, sprays, or sensitive surfaces.
• Do not use the device directly next to, on, or in contact with other electrical or electronic devices.
• Do not short-circuit any electrical connection.
• Do not expose the lithium-ion battery to fire, excessive heat, hot vehicles, or temperatures outside the specified range.
• Do not open, repair, modify, disassemble, deform, puncture, crush, or alter the device or accessories.
• Do not service the device yourself. Service may only be performed by the manufacturer or an authorized service provider.

Cleaning and storage

• After every use, switch the device OFF. Clean the Transducer and contact external surfaces with a clean, soft cloth lightly dampened with a mild cleaning or disinfecting solution.
• Dry all cleaned surfaces before next use or storing the device in its custom Healeex case. Keep the device and accessories out of reach of children and pets.

Do not spray liquid directly onto the device or accessories. Do not immerse any part of the system in water or liquids. Do not use aggressive cleaners, solvents, abrasives, or sharp objects.

Technical data

Warranty

Healeex is covered by the applicable warranty terms provided at the time of purchase. The limited warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Keep the original proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, non-approved accessories, improper charging or storage, liquid exposure, or normal wear of consumable accessories unless otherwise required by law.
